Epic Storm in 200 point play

First off, is it legal?

Well Lil Gamer Dude brought this band to our gaming table and put a real beat down on me:

Epic Storm Archer
Inspiring Marshall
Xeph Warrior x3

Ya, only 5 creatures

I ran:

Orc champion x2
Ryld
Orc Wardrummer
Drow Sergeant
Orr Warriors x3
Cursed Spirt

He won map init ( I rolled a 1) He choise Dragon map and He used the grant move action immediately to set up the storm archer in view of one Orc Champ and the Champ fell fast.

It was just a massacre, I had to go tohim as he just sat there. He played a great match

No you can't play epic storm archer in 200 because he is over the 140pt max rule for 200 point play. You can't have a creature that takes up more than 70% of your warband in 200 points.

Ya well it was for fun, but being crushed like that wasn't!

Especially by a 14 year old!!!!!

Yeah one time a friend played a purple worm against a 200 point list of all medium creatures (I was trying to win but we just were trying to eat them mostly). I don't think I did much damage at all.
