It just looks like the normal, chronological order to me. They just went "down" the weeks instead of across.

I actually think that is a the better order to do the voting. That way we're not thinking about successive sets when we're voting. We're considering (hopefully) each set on its own merits instead of in conjunction with the adjoining set.
