A very sensible move. I've been wondering just how seriously WotC have been taking the All-Star situation. This tells me that at least they don't consider it a complete joke.

Personally, I'm hoping that they're loggin IP numbers and deleting votes if you try to vote multiple times. But I'm just nasty that way.
