Ok the 60 will be?

OK they are taking 60 all stars from the first 11 sets. So what do you think they will be?

Will the set be broken down into the rares slots and c/u as it is now? No info on that.

Stuff like that, hard vote-winners. Lalato over on hordelings put out a poll to see what everyone voted for. You'd actually be pretty surprised as to the results. IIRC:

Couatl got first place, and the top 60 had Xen'Drik Champ, Bralani Eladrin, Ryld, Frenzied Berserkers, Half-Elf Bow Initiate, etc.

The Xen'Drik making Lalato's list was more of an aberration stemming from the fact that one of the Hordelings guys (Bleys maybe?) did well with them and he has been trying to get the guys to support the Xen'Drik so I imagine everyone from there devoted a spot to it.

I think we'll see mainly stuff that's already Tier 1 or right close to being from Underdark on get in. (Smart-assed comment removed by me, self censoring) I don't think we'll see much stuff from before UD, other than the obvious pieces like the Couatl.

I think the voting thing will be a bit of a sham as well. They'll let eveyone vote but give us the results they want. Wanna prove me wrong? Get everyone to vote for the Wrackspawn and see if it makes it in.

Ultimately, I don't think it will matter anyway. I find it very likely that the All-Stars will be intentionally overcosted to promote playing (and therefore buying) the newer pieces.

Personally, I think that the Wrackspawn is a bit better than most folks give it credit for.

But, yeah. Expect the sham voting or expect a few folks who will deliberately foul the process up to "amuse" themselves (and consequently **** the rest of us over).
