That's a lot of spells for a low cost, but other than balance issues, it looks like a lot of fun. That and 9 snake's swiftness spells on LE with brutes like the Forgepriest running around is pretty harsh. For 35 points, you then get to match the forgepriest's damage output. Yikes.

Adjusted, I meant to raise the cost and take off some spells.
