This is just a single set set-up. This is actually part of a recent game session, where my PCs hunted down some Sahuagin (sp?) who had purchased a slave from some Drow. The Sahuagin do not know that the prisoner is the son of a Comyr Noble.

Oh by the way, Chosen of Mystra is the War Wizard:

I don't know if you can make out the prisoner in front of the Baron in the last pic but he is what the pcs are after.

Lannia Vol is the Shadow Dancer and plays it real good. This was near the end of the session, the Baron held off is soldiers while the barbarian of all people was to negotiate!
